Shipping & Returns
Our packages are shipped by either UPS or FedEx. All order are shipped within 24-48hr of receipt. If you order an item that is more than 40lb, we may ship your order by freight service. Our freight orders are shipped by Pilot Freight, Estes, MXD Group, or Yellow Freight. Once shipped, we will send your tracking number and details about how to track your order.
We currently only ship to the 48 Contiguous states. If you place and order with a shipping address in HI, Alaska, or any US territory, we will send you a refund and notify you that we are unable to ship your order.
Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you submit an order with a PO Box for delivery, we will refund your order and send you a message to place a new order with a physical address for delivery.
If you need to return an item, please log into your account and locate the item you are wanting to return. Click on your order and follow the instructions to return your order. We will provide a return label for all item that are returned. There will be a 20% restock fee for all item returned unless the item was received damaged. If damaged, we require picture to be submitted with your return request. Upon receipt of a damaged item, we will refund 100% of your purchase. However, if a return is received, whether damaged or not, without all accessories, cords, instructions, and parts we will charge a 50% restock fee for the return.
It take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed from the date it is received by us. Once a refund has been processed by our returns department, it will take 2-3 days for the refund to be processed to your bank. If you have not received your refund within the time frame noted, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service department will assist you.
